👥 WHO SHOULD JOIN?

Anyone who wants to make entrepreneurship more inclusive – students, researchers, entrepreneurs, educators, advisors, investors etc.

WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?

Entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world remain shaped by traditional norms that exclude women. Despite efforts to enhance diversity, structural barriers persist and too few academic women choose entrepreneurship as a career. In Denmark the number of women entrepreneurs compared to men has been 1:4 almost consistently for the past 40 years and ventures owned by women only receive a mere 4,0% of venture capital (The Diversity Commitment, 2024).

It is time that we changed this state of affairs. This workshop therefore invites participants to help reimagine, rethink, and reshape the Danish entrepreneurial ecosystem to become more inclusive by co-creating change.

WHAT DO YOU GAIN?

If you participate in our co-creation workshop, you will become part of the transformation. You will gain new perspectives on  entrepreneurship for women as well as an opportunity to develop solutions for gender intelligent change.

Join us for a day that  challenges the status quo and develops innovative solutions to make the Danish entrepreneurial ecosystem more inclusive.

You will gain:

  • Fresh perspectives on women’s entrepreneurship

  • Tools and strategies for gender-intelligent change

  • Hands-on experience in inclusive co-creation for change

  • Connections with other university students, researchers, international experts, and key ecosystem players
